Your order is placed but not paid, and stock isn’t held until we receive your bank transfer. Complete it in your banking app now to secure your items.

How to pay via bank transferClick to view step-by-step instructions
  1. Open your banking app and choose Pay someone / Transfer.
  2. Copy the account name, BSB and account number below into the payee fields.
  3. In the description field, enter trade transaction.
  4. In the reference field, enter your order number so we can match your payment quickly.
  5. Pay the exact order total, including cents.
  6. Done — we’ll email your confirmation as soon as the payment lands and is matched.

Your order will be confirmed once the bank transfer is received and matched.

Need to change or cancel your unpaid order?

While it’s still unpaid you can fix it without paying. Change items starts a corrected order and cancels this one for you; Cancel releases your order entirely. We’ll email you a confirmation either way.

Common questions

How long until my payment is matched?
Transfers between Australian banks usually arrive within a few hours, though payments to a new payee can be held by your bank for up to 24 hours. Once your payment lands, we match it to your order and email your confirmation.
I forgot to add my order number as the reference — what now?
No stress. Email contact@vantageresearchlabs.com with your order number, the account name you paid from, and the amount — we’ll match it manually.
Can I pay from an account under a different name?
Yes — just make sure the reference is your order number so we can match the payment. If you’re unsure, email us with the payment details after transferring.
I paid a slightly different amount — is that a problem?
Your order won’t auto-match, but it isn’t lost. We’ll match it manually, which may add a short delay. Email us if you don’t receive a confirmation within 1 business day of paying.
Is a bank transfer safe?
Yes. You pay directly from your own banking app — we never see or store your banking login or card details. Keep your transfer receipt as proof of payment.
