Research-Use-Only Terms

These Research-Use-Only Terms govern the supply and purchase of all materials from Vantage Research Labs.

1. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical, in-vitro and non-clinical research only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or any therapeutic or clinical purpose.

2. Research-use acknowledgement

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the materials are supplied for research use only and must not be used for any human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic or clinical purpose.

3. Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for handling, storing, using and disposing of all materials safely and lawfully, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements, and for determining suitability for your research.

4. No claims of suitability

Documentation provided describes specific assessments of specific lots where available. It does not constitute a representation of fitness for any particular application.

5. Compliance

You agree not to resupply or use materials in any manner inconsistent with their research-use-only status.
