These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vantage Research Labs website and the purchase of products from us.

1. Research-use-only supply

All products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical, in-vitro and non-clinical research only, and are not for human or veterinary use. Your purchase is also subject to our Research-Use-Only Terms.

2. Orders

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

3. Pricing, payment & acknowledgement

A research-use-only acknowledgement is required at checkout. Title passes on dispatch. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

4. Documentation

Where available, a Certificate of Analysis describes a specific assessment of a specific lot and does not constitute a representation of fitness for any particular application.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the buyer is solely responsible for the safe, lawful handling, storage, use and disposal of all materials, and for determining their suitability for any research purpose.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the supplier’s jurisdiction.
